Don't you hate the 160x160 size limitation on your Visor's screen? How would you like to look at any picture of any size up to 8000x8000 resolution? Then check out Firepad's FireViewer, a full-featured image viewer for the Palm OS.
The FireViewer/FireConverter combo is a great way to view static images of almost any size on your Visor. Best of all, FireViewer is free!

Works good on my visor |
I belive this program works fine on my visor. And compared to ImageX, which I was using prior, FireViewer has more options and is easier to use.

An excellent way to view pics |
You can quickly grab a map
or picture right off your
desktop with a screengrab.
What more could you possibly
want? (Besides a color Visor
with built-in CDMA connectivity)

This program rocks! |
Don't listen to the rest of the whiners who posted their reviews here,
check out the reviews at Palmgear.com (incidentally, this program is one of Palmgears must-haves)
For starters the Image Viewer is free.
and secondly, it does run on the Handspring Visor with no problems.

No Mac converter/conduit, can't edit images |
#1 problem: No Mac converter or conduit. Yeah, you can use GraphicConverter, but it not that easy to use nor does it support the new large image format.
FireView looks good at first - it certainly has a good "wow" factor, once you get past that, you realize that it really isn't that useful.
Yes you can view maps or pictures of loved ones, you really can't use it for real work.
What I would like is a graphics program that I can use to create hand drawn doodles, send them quickly and simply to my Mac or PC, edit them or print them out, and be able to quickly and simply send themm back to the Visor.
This is just way to complicated to do now.

Go with ImagerX and Make Image instead |
This FireViewer FireConvertor combo is exactly like ImagerX Palm app and the Make Image desktop app. The only difference is that they're both free

latest version doesnt run on visor |
the developer has no intention of the latest version of the program running on a visor deluxe (you can only run the latest version if you have 3.3 or newer PalmOS)
