Great Quality |
I Got mine in the mail today, It is very professional. As soon as I slipped my visor into it the first thing I noticed was that all the holes lined up perfectly, it even had a reset hole. I placed it in the cradle and did not sync at first but then after i placed the flip top over it just the weight alone was enough to sync, I do not even need to use the little "black button that shipped with it" I never knew what I was missing with this style of belt clip. The way it turns helps when I need something in my pocket or when driving, and is a snap to take off. Reading star trek books from www.peanutpress.com is much more enjoyable with the leather slipper to grasp.

un-Hot Syncable |
I bought it to Hot Synch in the case and have never been able to do it without pressing the Visor into the cradle. The Velcro tabs are useless. In fact, they put "velcro dust" all over the screen each time I open it up. Good thing I have screen protectors!
I do like the flip top, makes it so easy to write and carry.
I am waiting on the Vaja synchable with no clip!

Saved Visor from many a drop |
Dropped my Visor several times now and the case has protected well. Very easy to use. Keeps the PDA handy at all times which is important to me as I'm constantly using it. E&B has great customer service too. I lost the sticky tab that you need to stick on the back to hot-synch, they sent me two for free.

I waited a long time for mine and wasn't happy with the delays.
The clip is the nicest feature. They need to redesign the case so it hot syncs; I've given up trying to make mine work in the case, and that was a significant reason for buying it in the first place. The clear plastic over the buttons is too thick, but I won't chop it out. The velcro pieces are a bit small, as the case doesn't always stay closed. Leather quality is good, and fit of the machine in the case and appearance are very good.

Enough said for its goodness. Here's my wish list:
- Pre-cut holes for the reset hole.
- More colors for different Visor color
- The disk should be made in plastic, so it's more durable

Very stylish, very practical |
I ordered the Slipper from Palm
gear on Monday and it was delivered
on Friday. It synched up tight the
first time without the tab. I like
the size because I can wear it on
the belt or stick it in my pocket.
I stuck 3 or 4 business cards in the
cover. It would be nice to have a
place to store modules but that
would make it bulkier. I'll get a
carrying case if I want to tote it
around.

Took awhile for the hot sync to happen without having to push down on the HS. The leather ultimately conforms to the HS and it fits well, once in a while I have trouble getting it out of its clip, but I attribute that to my wide girth and that its slightly hanging out. Otherwise an excellent case, albeit not much protection, but well worth your investment

Not perfect, but does the job for me. |
I agree with most of the positive comments. I don't like the plastic covering the buttons or the inadequate velcro. But, the flip-pad cover, the hot synch capability, the card slots, and the slimness of the case outweigh the negatives. I have replaced my wallet with the Slipper Visor.

Love it! |
I like how the clip swivels. I like how it stays attached to your belt. (The Handspring could slip off too easily.) I like how the front cover flips out of your way - just like a notepad. (The cases that open like books are nice, but can be uncomfortable to hold while using the Visor.) I got used to the plastic covering the buttons pretty quick, so I didn't need to cut it out. I only wish it had an extra leather flap or something - to cover the section where you can place money - because the money shows from the side view of the case when it's closed.
