If your Visor handheld's screen has been broken, cracked or scratched Handspring will be happy to arrange a repair.
For Visor, Visor Solo, Visor Deluxe, Visor Platinum or Visor Edge products, the cost of a screen replacement is $85.00. For Visor Prism the cost of a screen replacement is $100.00. To arrange for a screen replacement, please contact our CustomerCare Center at 1 (888) 565-9393 seven days a week, 24 hours a day, and please have your credit card ready.
