Some Visors made in the first half of 2000 have a faulty DRAM memory chip (like their Palm siblings). Fortunately, this issue can be correctly fully with a software patch.

Some Visors made in the first half of 2000 have a faulty DRAM memory chip (like their Palm siblings). Fortunately, this issue can be correctly fully with a software patch. Go to the Handspring website to get the Handspring Updater, which will correct the problem if necessary.
