There's a pretty good ABCNews article about the Visor going into retail.

The article discusses the work that Handspring has cut out for them and how Palm has to react aggressively to stay ahead. It also has a nice picture of CEO Donna Dubinsky on a motorcycle with her orange Visor Deluxe.
