ZDNET has this article that sums up everything we have been hearing about the new Palm IIIc that is supposedly coming out in mid-late February.

The article discusses some of the new features in PalmOS 3.5 (which is required for color) and mentions that not every user will be jumping on the color bandwagon immediately.
