Is Palm the "licensee" with color?
This C|Net story wonders whether the licensee mentioned in the letter to Palm developers is in fact Palm itself.
Because of the upcoming IPO, Palm has to be careful about hyping upcoming products because it may seem that they're hyping the IPO. Palm will operate in three different business units: Operating System, wireless, and hardware. Internally, the hardware group is referred to as a licensee.
It's a good thing February has an extra day this year. I looks to be a very busy month.
