Palm IPO mired in lawsuits

At a time when the Palm IPO is about to happen, 3COM is mired in three lawsuits.

Xerox is suing because of its Unistroke patent which is similar to Graffiti. Walt Disney is suing over a breach of contract. 3COM is suing Royal over using 3COM's code in the DaVinci devkit.
