Amazing |
I've had my Blue VD for 2 months now. I couldn't live without it. I'm waiting for the stoaway keyboard to be out. All in all a low price high functionality gret expandability. This PDA is the best!

Still pleased at 3 months |
The mundane 8MB Flash and Backup Springboard Modules are far more useful than I expected; and the best is yet to come!

Greatest flaw |
The screen easily get scratch marks. If only Handspring could introduce a replacement screen, it will rewrite the very meaning of 'customer-focussed'. Add to it, an even finer resolution and sharper screen, you got a confirmed winner.

INCREDIBLE product (BUT screen scratches easily) |
I have had a Palm Personal since it first came out. I've used my finger, glasses, backs of pens, spoons, etc, and the screen looks perfect. I've had the Visor for about a week, and used the standard stylus (BLECH) for a couple days until I got The Nail which I use exclusively. Even using that, my screen is already completely scratched up. I can actually feel the scratches as I write, and I am very concerned that I will ahve to replace the screen eventually.
I also just got the Handspring Modem. The Visor/Handspring Modem is perhaps the most useful tool I've ever seen. It is small, and coupled with AvantGo and Multimail Pro, I can leave my laptop at home.
I would absolutely recomend the Visor Deluxe over ANY Palm because of the springboard module and its speed.

Visor kicks major @$$, but a few problems |
I love this thing, everyone at school wants one for themselves and I sometimes have to tear it away from people. The only problems I have had is the plastic chipping on the back where the hardcover meets, and unfortunatly a pin the the spingboard slot got bent somehow. I called them up with NO WAIT, and they are sending me a brand new one before I send them mine. Thats what I call customer service. Way to go HANDSPRING!
