The T3240 is royal blue with gold accents. The stylus tip is black so as not to disturb the elegant look of the T3240. While many other styli use an orange tip to increase writing accuracy, I think the gold trim works just as well. Pull off the top part of the stylus to reveal the black pen. The lid easily snaps onto the stylus' side, and vice-versa. Unscrew the tip of the pen to replace the ink cartridge -- this is very easy to do because of the spring-loaded tip.
Usability
The T3240 writes beautifully, whether you are writing in ink or Graffiti®. The ink writes very fluidly, and the stylus increases handwriting recognition significantly. The lid snaps on and off quickly and clicks to let you know that it is securely fastened. One thing I really like about the T3240 is that it is the size of a normal pen; some styli end up being too short or too fat for my taste. The T3240 is very comfortable to hold, and has a very nice weight to it. Depending on how much you use your organizer, you may end up using the pen more than the stylus!
As I stated earlier, this
is a very elegant pen. If I had to play Devil's advocate, I would
point out that fingerprints are noticeable on the gold accents, but of
course they wipe off easily. The cost is very high for only being
a dual stylus.
